We’ve done some touch-ups.
The beginning of a new year has brought some touch-ups for Image Factory - changes to the way we operate our business so we can better meet the needs of our clients.
Effective January 30th, 2012 Image Factory will no longer be providing services that require us to have a studio location. Instead we will be focusing on delivery of on-site services – weddings, corporate shoots, on location corporate head shots, product shots and food photography. We will miss the many clients who came in for shoots or stopped by just to chat. We believe this change better reflects the ever changing nature of professional photography. While we have long been known for high quality portraits and corporate photography, we have noticed a distinct trend toward more candid Facebook style shots and away from staged portrait style photos. These are services best provided on location, where our clients feel most comfortable.
Secondly, to allow Alanna to focus on delivering quality, creative photographic imagery and in developing new photographic services, Nicholas MacLeod has assumed the role of Operations Manager and is managing all of the day to day business of Image Factory. MacLeod, owner of Future Web Design, Island Stock Photo and long time strategic partner to Image Factory looks forward to continuing the serve both new and existing Image Factory clients. MacLeod hopes to achieve greater integration of the three related businesses he now operates.
We encourage both new and existing customers to contact us to discuss their photographic needs. Although we no longer have the studio location you can reach us on the same email and phone numbers as always. We would also be happy to meet over coffee or visit your location as may be required.
And remember, we are changing to better serve you, our clients. Your feedback on our service is always welcome.
